Minimum education standard
Year 10 School certificate.
Age restrictions
Students must be 18 years of age or above.
English requirements
Completed the LLN assessment (or high school certificate)
Student must complete the below units:
SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
SITXFSA006 Participate in safe food handling practices
